Cancellation Policy

Terms of Cancellation:

You have the option to cancel your order before 4 hours or we dispatch the product.

If the order status is in Processing , it can not be cancelled .

Once the product has been dispatched, you cannot cancel the order.

However, if the product has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel the order, please contact our customer support. We will make an effort to prevent delivery. In case the courier attempts delivery, you can reject the shipment.
How can the Customer request to Cancel the order?

Alternatively, you can cancel an order by accessing the ‘Orders’ section on the website using the order tracking number or by contacting our customer care number.

Upon receiving an order cancellation request, we will promptly cancel your order.

However the final decision whether to cancel the order or not will be decided by us .
