EXCHANGE POLICY

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

We only accept exchanges for products that you have received in a damaged condition or if you have received the wrong product, or if the product does not match the description.

Timeframe in which we accept Exchange?

We accept exchanges of products if the exchange request is raised within 3 days after delivery by emailing us at hello@mydrape.com

Exchange Process

To initiate the exchange process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at hello@mydrape.com or through our backend system.
  2. Provide the order number, product details, and reason for the exchange request.
  3. Once the exchange request has been approved, our delivery team will arrange a pickup of the exchange product.
  4. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged for the return shipment.
  5. Once we receive the product, we will promptly ship the new product to you.
