REFUND POLICY
RETURNS:
We don’t accept Returns for the products once Sold .
Refund Can only be provided if you receive damaged product .
Timeframe in which we accept Refund requests?
We accept refund requests for all products if the request is raised within 3 days after delivery by emailing us at hello@mydrape.com.
Refund Process
To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team via email at hello@mydrape.com or through our backend system.
- Provide the order number, product details, and reason for the return request.
- Once the return request has been approved, our delivery team will arrange a pickup of the returned product.
- Please ensure that the product is securely packaged for the return shipment.
- It will take 4-5 days for the product to reach our warehouse.
- Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and process the full refund amount.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please be aware that the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account, subject to the terms and conditions of your financial institution or payment solution provider.
For products where you selected ‘Cash on Delivery’ as the payment mode, refunds will be processed to your bank account. You will need to provide us with your bank account details to facilitate the refund. Please contact us at hello@mydrape.com to provide your bank details.
Refund Timeline: For Prepaid Payments
If the refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase, it will take around 3-5 business days for the refund amount to be reflected in your bank account, subject to the terms and conditions of your financial institution or payment solution provider.
Refund Timeline: For COD Payments
For products where ‘Cash on Delivery’ was chosen as the payment option, refunds will be processed to your bank account (using the bank account details provided by you) within two (2) business days, and it will take 1-2 days to be reflected in your bank account according to RTGS/NEFT guidelines. So, it will take around 4 business days overall for this refund to be reflected in your bank account.

Conditions to be Eligible for a Refund?
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Under What Conditions Refunds are not Eligible?
Please note that Mydrape will not process return requests for the following reasons:
a) Product damage due to misuse/overuse
b) Use or alteration of the product by the user
c) Return without original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged
d) Tampering with the product’s serial number or barcode
e) Request initiated beyond 3 days of order delivery or if Customer does not likes the product
