RETURNS:
Returns are only accepted within India. We don’t accept International Returns .
Timeframe in which we accept returns?
We accept returns for all products if the return request is raised within 3 days after delivery by emailing us at hello@mydrape.com
Condition for Returning Products
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team via email at hello@mydrape.com or through our backend system.
- Provide the order number, product details, and reason for the return request.
- Once the return request has been approved, our delivery team will arrange a pickup of the returned product.
- Please ensure that the product is securely packaged for the return shipment.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping is not covered by us; customers have to pay for it.

How will customers get the return label?
The return label will be included in the box with the product. Kindly email us at hello@mydrape.com, and we will arrange a reverse pickup for your product. After we receive a request from your side, a reverse pickup will be arranged, and the product will be picked up.
Are there any Restocking fees?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees; it’s free.
Under What Conditions Returns are not Eligible?
Please note that Mydrape will not process return requests for the following reasons:
a) Product damage due to misuse/overuse b) Use or alteration of the product by the user c) Return without original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged d) Tampering with the product’s serial number or barcode e) If Customer does not like the product or quality and Request initiated beyond 3 days of order delivery
